Multi-Channel Campaigns & Website Refresh - Social Impact

As an Interim Marketing Manager, I worked across departments to deliver high-impact communications, strengthen creative systems, and increase visibility and engagement.

I planned and delivered targeted campaigns that included LinkedIn articles, social posts, and Google Ads, from keyword research and ad group creation where I wrote all the content. Key projects included the Safer Admissions training campaign, which targeted education providers where the training helped staff learn how to admit students with a criminal record, and the Nacro Landlord campaign, which was focused on encouraging landlords to partner with the organisation.

Alongside campaign delivery, I carried out SEO audits, backlink audits, and research to identify and resolve technical issues, boosting search visibility and keyword rankings. I also set up creative systems such as Canva group accounts and produced brand guidelines for different departments, ensuring consistent, accessible branded content. In addition, I delivered Google Ads audits and expanded campaigns to improve keyword targeting and attract higher-quality traffic, while updating and redesigning WordPress pages to create a smoother, more engaging user experience.
