Digital Marketing & Website Redesign – International Charity

As Digital Marketing Manager & Editor at a global membership charity, I worked across international teams to deliver high-impact digital learning strategies, strengthen creative systems, and increase visibility and engagement for members and stakeholders worldwide.
I planned and delivered targeted campaigns that promoted organisational goals, achieving an 85% uplift in brand engagement. I created and marketed digital learning materials to equip supporters, advocates, and volunteers to engage the general public, while also working with local and international partners to develop materials and website content that supported their delivery of self-sufficient community programmes.
These initiatives expanded reach, strengthened awareness of the organisation's causes online, and directly contributed to raising awareness and growing memberships worldwide. Alongside campaign delivery, I set up and monitored multi-channel digital campaigns, resulting in a 52% increase in followers and a 75% boost in post engagement.
I worked with advocates to amplify these causes and created a branding guide and advocate pack, equipping supporters with clear messaging and tools to communicate our cause and project outcomes effectively to non-profits and partner organisations. I also filmed and edited footage to promote on-the-ground causes, bringing member stories to life and highlighting their impact.
In addition, I wrote and designed all print and digital materials, including the quarterly magazine, which achieved a 40% increase in readership. I also collaborated with committees and stakeholders to plan and deliver quarterly and annual events that connected members worldwide.
