Lightful - Email Campaign

I worked closely with my team to plan and deliver digital marketing masterclasses and webinars, sharing expert insights on key topics like SEO, PPC, and email marketing with over 200 cohorts.

As part of these campaigns, I led on targeted email marketing strategies to promote both the masterclasses and new eLearning courses. These efforts achieved a 47% increase in email open rates and a 30% boost in click-through rates.

I also produced and analysed email nurturing campaigns, improving conversion rates by 25%, while providing consultancy to clients on both traditional and digital marketing strategies. I worked with charities and non-profits guiding them on their marketing methods to help engage target audiences and sometime creating mock ups of videos and artwork to show them what they could create.
